New members of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank Group Management

Inge Reinertsen will assume the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1 February 2010. Stian Helgøy will assume the post of Executive Vice President Capital Market on 1 January 2010. They will both be a part of the Group Management team.

Inge Reinertsen (b. 1971) has been employed by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank since 2001. Reinertsen was regional bank manager for the consumer market in the Haugalandet area from 2001 to 2007. Beginning in 2007 Reinertsen was the managing director of SpareBank 1 SR-Finans. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of SpareBank 1 SR-Fondsforvaltning and deputy member of Stiftelsen SR-Bank Næringsutvikling Haugalandet. He has a broad and deep understanding of the Group's operations.

Reinertsen has a siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and financial management. Reinertsen has experience from Arthur Andersen and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as an audit staffer, consultant and manager. Reinertsen is replacing Erling Øverland, who has been acting in this post since 1 January of this year.

Stian Helgøy (b. 1973) is currently Director SpareBank1 SR-Markets. Helgøy has been employed at SpareBank1 SR-Bank since 2001 and has held various positions in the company’s capital markets division. He has previous experience from DnB NOR Markets as an interest rate and foreign currency broker as well as from Interkraft Trading as a derivatives broker.

Helgøy has a siviløkonomdegree from BI Norwegian School of Management in Sandvika. He will be replacing Sveinung Hestnes, who will be assuming the post of managing director of Vågen Eiendomsmegling. SpareBank 1 SR-Bank owns 49 per cent of Vågen Eiendomsmegling.
