The election of representatives to SpareBank 1 SR-Banks Supervisory Board will be held on Wednesday 18 February at 6 p.m. at SpareBank 1 SR-Banks main office in Bjergsted Terrasse 1, Stavanger.

 

This year four representatives and two deputy representatives are to be elected.

 

Those entitled to vote are the holders of primary capital certificates that are registered in the Norwegian Registry of Securities (Verdipapirsentralen). Each primary capital certificate carries one vote.

 

Owners of primary capital certificate who wish to attend and vote, must complete and return the attendance form. Owners who wish to be represented by proxy are requested to complete the form of proxy.

 

The attendance form/proxy form must be registered as received by the bank administration by Monday 16 February at 3 p.m.
