We refer to previous notices regarding the proposed dividend issue and to the offer document that will be sent to the PCC owners registered the 27 March 2008. The board of directors in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has today fixed the subscription price regarding the announced dividend issue for existing PCC owners at NOK 47,50. The subscription period is from 10 to 23 April 2008.
