SpareBank 1 SR-Bank: Distribution of shares as part of the savings scheme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 28 October and 29 October 2021 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 130,46893.

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 41 225 shares.

As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
