The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 15 December and 16 December 2021 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 125,2275.

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 41 517 shares.

As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
