SpareBank 1 SR-Bank (SRBNK) - Distribution of shares as part of the savings scheme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 1 November, 2 November and 3 November 2022 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 106,2741.

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 28 720 shares.

As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
