SpareBank 1 SR-Bank (SRBNK): SpareBank 1 Gruppen - result 1st quarter 2022

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has a 19.5% ownership interest in SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. SpareBank 1 SR-Bank's majority share of SpareBank 1 Gruppen's profit after tax in the first quarter was NOK 13 (67) *) million.

SpareBank 1 Gruppen Group's profit before tax in the first quarter was NOK 121 (683) million. Profit after tax was NOK 94 (507) million. The majority's share of profit after tax in the first quarter was NOK 67 (344) million.

Fremtind Forsikring AS, which is 65% owned by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, had a profit before tax of NOK 111 (624) million in the first quarter.
