SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA - NOMINATION COMMITTEE’S PROPOSAL FOR ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN SPAREBANK 1 SR-BANK ASA

The Nomination Committee in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA proposes for the Supervisory Board that Kristian Eidesvik (Chairman), Catharina Hellerud, Odd Torland and Erling Øverland are re-elected as members of the Board of Directors and Kristine Tveteraas as deputy member.

The Nomination Committee proposes that Tor Dahle is elected as new member of the Board of Directors in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA. Tor Dahle is General Manager in Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank (at present holding 30.8% of outstanding shares). Dahle holds a master's degree in economics. His previous experience includes management positions in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA, latest as Managing Director in SR-Investering AS from 2006 until 2011. He is chairman in EM Softwarepartners and board member in EMT Eiendom AS.
