Tor Dahle, member of the board of directors in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank and CEO in Sparebankstiftelsen SR-Bank, has today transferred 7053 SRBANK from related company, EMT Eiendom AS to Tor Dahle. The shares transferred at a price of NOK 39.10. New total holding is 37 053 shares in SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA.
