SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA (SRBANK); Claim partially upheld in judgement handed down by Borgarting Court of Appeals

Today SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has received a judgement handed down by Borgarting Court of Appeals, case no. 18-027239ASD-BORG/01, where Kluge Advokatfirma AS and others are sentenced to pay NOK 75 million to SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA with the addition of interest on overdue payments from 30 September 2016 and until payment takes place.

The judgement may be legally binding after one month.
