SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has on 9 December 2022 purchased 30 000 own shares at an average price of 114.6034. Total holdings of own shares after the purchase is 88 720 shares.

The shares were acquired as part of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank’s savings scheme for employees. For more information about the saving scheme reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 20 December 2021, and the stock exchange notice dated 28 April 2022.

As part of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA savings scheme the company will acquire additional shares, up to a number of 18 000, within 31 December 2022.
