SpareBank1 SR-Bank: Buy-back of Tier 2: SRBANK22 and SRBANK27 PRO

SpareBank1 SR-Bank has bought back NOK 527 million in its Tier 2 bond issue with ticker SRBANK22 (ISIN: NO0010792476) at a cash price of 100.193. There remains NOK 98 million in bonds outstanding in the market after the buy-back.

SpareBank1 SR-Bank has bought back NOK 227 million in its Tier 2 bond issue with ticker SRBANK27 PRO (ISIN: NO0010832421) at a cash price of 100.338. There remains NOK 73 million in bonds outstanding in the market after the buy-back.

Settlement date 15 February 2023.
