SRBANK – AT1 New issue

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has mandated SpareBank 1 Markets and SR-Bank Markets for a Perpetual NC5.5 AT1 issue. 

In connection with the issuance, the bank will consider buying back the outstanding Additional Tier 1 issue with ISIN NO0010552664 (ROGG57) and ISIN NO0010552672 (ROGG56).
