SRBANK – AT1 New issue

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has issued NOK 250 million Perpetual NC5.5 AT1 with a coupon of 3 months nibor + 335. The Bank has bought back NOK 43.5 million of T1 bond NO0010552672 (ROGG56) at 3 months nibor + 50, remaining volume in the market is NOK 498.5 million. The Bank has also bought back NOK 5.5 million of T1 bond NO0010552664 (ROGG57) at 3 months nibor + 50, remaining volume in the market is NOK 64.5 million.
