SRBANK – AT1 New issue

SR-Bank has issued NOK 600 million Perpetual NC5.5 AT1 with a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 325.

 

SR-Bank has bought back NOK 44 million of T1 bond NO0010552672 (ROGG56) at 3 months Nibor + 40, remaining volume in the market is NOK 451.5 million. The bank has also bought back NOK 5 million of T1 bond NO0010552664 (ROGG57) at 3 months Nibor + 40, remaining volume in the market is NOK 62.5 million.
