The Supervisory Board of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank discussed the final accounts for 2008 at its meeting of 26 March 2009. This confirms the provisional accounts that were published on 12 February 2009 and finally discussed by the board of directors on 12 March 2009. All points on the agenda were approved, cf. release of 17 March 2009 regarding calling meetings of the Supervisory Board.

 

The bank's primary capital certificates go ex dividend and ex bonus issue on 27.03.2009.
