SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has on 9 Desember 2019 purchased 25.000 own shares at an average price of NOK 97,9381. Total holdings of own shares after the purchase is 141.130 shares.

The shares were acquired as part of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank’s savings scheme for employees. For more information about the saving scheme reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 14 March 2019, and the stock exchange notice dated 24 April 2019.
