Trading of own shares as part of employee’s savings scheme

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has on 2 November 2020 purchased 30.000 own shares at an average price of NOK 77,581. Total holdings of own shares after the purchase is 81.532 shares.

The shares were acquired as part of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank’s savings scheme for employees. For more information about the saving scheme reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 12 December 2019, and the stock exchange notice dated 24 April 2020.
