Specialfastigheter Establishes Euro Medium Term Note Programme

Specialfastigheter Sverige AB today announces the establishment of a Euro Medium Term Note programme totalling EUR 4,500,000,000 (the “EMTN Programme”). Through the EMTN Programme, Specialfastigheter gains access to the international capital markets, creates greater flexibility in its long-term funding and strengthens the company’s financial position.

The base prospectus for the EMTN Programme is dated 22 May 2026 and has been approved by Euronext Dublin. Notes issued under the EMTN Programme will be admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin and its regulated market, the Global Exchange Market.
