CEO update
Dear shareholders, we have had very busy start to the year. Our partner and client dialogues continue in a tireless speed. Our new business development manager has arrived and started meeting customers and has an action plan ahead for creating value. Our plans going forward aiming at changing the data industry have become even clearer and our strategy confirmed by the largest players within the industry.
Dialogues with large clients and major partners in order to increase our sell capacity and broaden our revenue streams are ongoing. We are making progress in every meeting conducted. I am looking forward to a very bright future together with you.
We do not usually comment on events that happen in the media or other forums but in recent weeks many questions have been raised that have not been answered correctly and thus left many question marks. Let me try to straighten some of these.
Shareholders
Our largest shareholder is still Jörns Bullmarknad and its group of companies. This was the case also on the turn of the year.
Financials
The company took a loan of 10 million SEK from our largest shareholder before the end of last year. This loan will be paid out in instalments until March 31.
Last week we announced that part of management team increased their shareholding by subscribing for new shares in accordance with incentive program. The capital contribution in TargetEveryone amounts to 5.400.000. The capital will among other things be financing development of SpectrumOne's machine learning and artificial intelligence modules, as asked for by our clients within ongoing projects.
The coming weeks will be busy implementing signed customers, continue our processes with significant partners and head to our goal of changing the market.
