Dear shareholders, it has truly been an exciting time since I last communicated to the market
Some of the highlights
- SpectrumOne AS, has received a grant from The Research Council of Norway, and the support to apply for an additional of EUR 1.6 million
- We have communicated a financial plan for the future of the company including directed issue of shares and loan from a financially strong investor and a warrant plan to be launched in June and November
- We have signed agreement regarding acquisition of our highly skilled associated company Cloud Explorers that has brought us customers such as PostNord and DHL
- We have acquired BizWell, an expansive company that has managed to sign some large clients to their customer portfolio
- We have communicated the signing of Norway's second largest utility company Fjordkraft through Cloud Explorers
- This week we signed a partnership with Binariks, a Microsoft Silver Partner, to cooperate with regarding Machine Learning and AI.
Starting off autumn last year we had a plan of totally renewing this company. We saw the potentials in the skilled people and the best in class software. We are now in the phase of launching every step of the plan we had. A software such as SpectrumOne is not made to be sold from one single organisation. Therefore, we partnered with several organizations that saw the same potential we did. It has taken time to educate and teach tech the partners, I foresee those efforts will soon give the return on investment we have calculated.
Beginning our acquisition journey means we have invested a lot of time in administration and negotiations. This is an ongoing journey, but it makes me happy and confident the investments are already starting to pay off. One example is adding revenues streams to existing BizWell businesses, developing and leveraging the existing business model. We are to create synergies with our platform and onboard relevant clients to SpectrumOne and thus adding value to the offers we make.
Cloud Explorers are working tirelessly to close ongoing sales processes, and we anticipate the bottleneck with clients soon to be released.
We are looking forward to this month presenting new exciting clients and partners and investing our money in further profitable acquisitions to strengthen our company and become THE Martech company.
