Chairman, CEO and other employees subscribe for a total of 4 150 000 new shares in accordance with incentive program
CEO Hosni Teque-Omeirat subscribes for 2,150,000 new shares, chairman Fredric Forsman subscribes for 500,000 new shares, Michael Irgens subscribes for 500,000 new shares and Stephen Ranson subscribes for 1,000,000 new shares. The shares are subscribed for in accordance with the incentive program in Spectrumone. As communicated on December 1, 2020, Board member Erik Fagerlid has subscribed for 750,000 new shares in SpectrumOne AB in accordance with the same incentive program. The incentive program is aimed at management and key people within the company, with the right to subscribe for one new share for SEK 1.50 each during the period between December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2020.
The total amount of cash injected to the company amounts to 7,350,000 SEK.
