Distribution of ownership
TargetEveryone has entered into an agreement with Dividend Sweden AB regarding distribution of ownership in which Dividend Sweden undertakes to divest 2,000,000 shares in the company by dividend to its shareholders.
Dividend Sweden AB has approximately 5,000 shareholders and is listed on the NGM Nordic MTF. The business idea is to invest as well as assist other public limited companies in the distribution of their shares to facilitate listing, liquidity in the stock and future issues.

Terms of distribution will be published by Dividend Sweden AB in connection with notice of the Annual General Meeting in the first quarter of 2019.
