CEO STATEMENT

I am honored to take on the role of CEO at SpectrumOne, and I extend my heartfelt thanks for the warm reception I’ve received. Since stepping into this position, I’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of our operations and am thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead. Our mission to further develop and expand is clearer than ever.

I deeply value the insights and feedback many of you have shared. Engaging effectively as a publicly listed company is challenging, yet crucial. I am committed to upholding our standards of communication, transparency, and insight, and look forward to addressing your questions more thoroughly at our upcoming shareholder meeting in early May.

This past quarter has been bustling with activity. We’ve made considerable progress in our strategic partnerships, notably with Tietoevry. I’m pleased to announce significant milestones in our collaboration; PRISM has now been successfully integrated into Tietoevry’s platform, Infotorg, and rebranded as Infotorg Insights. This marks a pivotal development for PRISM as it transitions into a product actively utilized and sold in the market.

This collaboration is proving fruitful, with initial deployments in governmental settings and increasing market awareness through strategic marketing efforts and industry events.

Looking ahead, we are embarking on Phase 2 of our partnership with Tietoevry, focusing on expanding our product offerings based on successful proof of concept activities. This phase aims to enhance value for existing clients and broaden our service offerings.

Our relationship with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) remains a cornerstone of our strategy. We are deepening this partnership to leverage our unique position as a technology partner integrated with their offerings. Recent initiatives aim to enhance the sales team’s capability to market Direktinfo effectively and explore new packaging options to attract a wider audience.

As we progress, we are also nearing the conclusion of establishing another key partnership, details of which I look forward to sharing at our next shareholder meeting.
