Partner Agreements for Central America and the Caribbean
TargetEveryOne has signed a white label agreement with the Costa Rican company Movitext SA. The partner agreement provides exclusivity for Movitext to distribute TargetEveryOne's products in Central America and the Caribbean.
The exclusivity guarantees TargetEveryOne a fixed fee per month and in addition, part of the monthly licensing revenues and variable distribution revenues from the end customers. Initially, profit will amount to at least 1 million per year.
Movitext is A2P SMS aggregator that provides distribution of SMS through mobile operators. The company offers both traditional aggregator services and more advanced services to businesses and consumers, with a focus on marketing and advertising.
Movitext has a network of 24 distributors in five countries and in just one year has established itself as one of the largest in its region. Customers include three major financial institutions in Central America and a number of other corporate clients such as Google, Facebook, Waze, Airbnb, Microsoft and Salesforce.

The owners and management of Movitext has a broad background in digital marketing and communications. Above all, they have had different roles in mBlox which last summer was acquired by Swedish CLX Communication.
