Spectrumone AB has sold 100% of the shares in Ådata Infosystems AB
Spectrumone AB has sold 100% of the shares in Ådata Infosystems AB (“Ådata”) to Mavshack AB at an enterprise value of SEK 10 million, on a cash-free and debt-free basis and assuming a normalized level of working capital. The purchase price will be settled in cash and a vendor loan with all the shares in Å-data as collateral. Closing took place today.
ÅData has been a supplier of its in-house developed business system to more than 10 municipalities in Sweden for many years. The business was started in 1984 and since 2020 has been part of SpectrumOne. The background to Spectrumone choosing to sell Ådata is continued focus on the core business. With Mavshack's development resources behind it, Ådata will be able to further develop the company. Ådata had a turnover of approximately SEK 7.7 million in 2021 and generated approximately SEK 2.2 million in profit before tax.
