SpectrumOne acquires the digital marketing agency The Trigger Company AB
Today SpectrumOne acquires the digital marketing agency The Trigger Company AB. The Trigger Company is co-founded by the current CEO. The company is growing and maintaining a positive cashflow.
The purchase price is SEK 6,500,000 and is paid via shares in SpectrumOne AB, with no additional share issue to current shareholders.

SpectrumOne has ambitious plans to escalate business and expand to the European continent. Under the share purchase agreement SpectrumOne AB will acquire 100% of the shares in Trigger Company AB from the existing owners for a total purchase price of SEK 6,500,000 to be settled in shares by setting off a sales credit of the same amount in SpectrumOne at a subscription price of SEK 2.10 per share. The subscription price has been calculated using the average price for the last 20 days of trade of SpectrumOne’s stock on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The transaction was agreed and closed on September 1, 2020.
