SpectrumOne gets trademark protection in the EU
SpectrumOne has been granted trademark protection in the EU from European Union Intellectual Property Office and thus no longer has any obstacles to investing, expanding and partnering with partners within the EU.
The company has previously communicated its plans to expand in Europe with the help of partners, and brand protection has been a factor to take into account in negotiations and discussions. Brand protection provides strong protection in the market that is to become our primary market, de facto the world's strongest economy.
Hosni Teque-Omeirat, CEO of SpectrumOne says “It is very gratifying that we have now had our trademark protection approved, and also in two different classes, class 42 which is IT services and class 35 which is Marketing, Consumer Information and Business Assistance. Trademark protection is valid until the year 2030, which gives us a very good basis in our negotiations where we can guarantee our partners our trademark without intrusion from third parties while we build our brand together with them. After 2030, we have the right to apply again. What could previously have been an obstacle is now secured through our legal work with the EU."
