SpectrumOne informs about last day of trading in BTU and the first day of trading in warrants of series TO 2 and TO 3
SpectrumOne AB’s (“SpectrumOne” or the “Company”) rights issue of free-of-payment units has been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw: Bolagsverket). The last day of trading in BTU (Sw: Betald tecknad unit) will be on the 7th of August 2020. The record date (Sw: stoppdag) will be on the 11th of August 2020. The first day of trading in warrants of Series TO 2 and TO 3 is on the 14th of August 2020.
In connection with the registration at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the BTU:s are converted into warrants of series TO 2 and TO 3. The last day of trading in BTU (Sw: Betald tecknad unit) will be on the 7th of August 2020. The record date (Sw: stoppdag) will be on the 11th of August 2020. Both warrants of series TO 2 and TO 3 will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The first day of trading in warrants of series TO 2 and TO 3 is on the 14th of August 2020. The exercise period for the warrants of series TO 2 will be between the 9th of November 2020 and the 23rd of November 2020, warrants of series TO 2 will be traded under the short name “SPEONE TO 2” and ISIN-code SE0014400131. The exercise period for the warrants of series TO 3 will be between the 19th of February 2021 and the 5th of March 2021, warrants of series TO 2 will be traded under the short name “SPEONE TO 3” and ISIN-code SE0014400149.
