Summer greetings from our CEO
Dear shareholders, it is my great pleasure to write down a few words about what is happening in the company right now and what I have been doing for the last two months since I took on the role as CEO.
The last couple of weeks I have received a lot of questions about what is happening and how we are doing, and I hope that this letter will give you some answers on the most important questions.
First and foremost, we are all happy that Hosni progressed to a permanent position as CEO of Eniro. Why? Eniro is by far SpectrumOne's most valuable holding, and we have ambitious goals for our investment in Eniro. For us to ensure that Eniro delivers according to our plan and the strategic and structural changes needed, it is crucial that Hosni is in the leading position. In this position he can push for the changes that are needed to achieve our goal.
As CEO of SpectrumOne my top priority, the last two months, has been to focus on ensuring that we have a great offer for our clients, that we deliver a high customer value and that we have the best possible talents working with us. All key factors in ensuring a bright future for the company.
I am glad to say that we now, more than ever, see an organic growth. Even if the market is tough and it’s hard to find the right people, I feel that we are creating an organization that not only attract new talents but also succeeds in maintaining our most valued employees.
During the spring we have continued to see a wave of new clients and I am happy to say that we also see a steady growth in recurring revenue. Also our existing customer are continuing to increase their current business with us, a great proof of our customer value delivered.
We have a unique go to market strategy and Ampilio, Qbim and Cloud explores are all continuing their growth journey. I am proud of what we have accomplished and that we have started our cross-selling activities. I am excited to see where this will take us in the autumn. I am also very happy to announce that we are close to landing a large Prism deal and are now doing a paid proof of concept of high strategic importance with a multinational company, this is something I hope that I can tell you more about very soon.
During the spring we also participated at the Amazon event in Las Vegas. Our competent sales team returned from the event with numerous new leads. This will help us to become a key player for US-companies that are aspiring to enter the European market in the coming years.
Our focus for the autumn is increased profitability. It is now time to enter a new phase. The first step is to be profitable in every subsidiary and that all businesses has a positive cashflow. A goal that is reachable in the very short future.
To summarize, my two first month have been overwhelming and highly exciting. We have shown growth in all subsidiaries, both in increased revenue and number of employees. We have started to work with cross selling and has very much succeed in doing so. We are close to a highly important Prism sale, and we are signing US clients.
Heading into the autumn with great confidence and the second half of the year, our financial numbers have never been this positive. In a very short future, we will be profitable in all subsidiaries and show remarkable growth.
