TargetEveryone enters Portugal
A license and partnership agreement has been signed by TargetEveryone AB to be established in Portugal as TargetEveryone Portugal, Lda. The new company will be headed by Filipe Mendes that will be responsible for the commercial strategy and the daily business. The new Managing Partner has more than 15 years of professional experience in the mobile business, both in Europe and Africa.
The agreement provides the exclusive right to customise, use, distribute and support TargetEveryone in Portugal. Also, the contract gives a limited right to use the brand name and trademarks held by TargetEveryone.
"We have wanted to continue to expand into new markets with our products. The agreement with Ar Telecom in place it was a natural step to be more present in Portugal through this partnership. Not only will our new partner be able to serve our clients in the south of Europe but as well provide support for other Portuguese speaking countries like Brasil, Angola and Mozambique" says Bjørn Forslund, CEO of TargetEveryOne.
"We have in Portugal an unique ecosystem in need for mobile marketing innovation that TargetEveryone will fulfil. Geographical we also have historic ties to Africa and South America. Therefore, the Lisbon office will serve the local market and clients, as well as be the gateway to new locations", says Filipe Mendes, Managing Partner of TargetEveryone Portugal.
Pedro Silva, from the Oslo offices, will also be supporting the development and establishment of this new regional office, as he has extensive international experience within the mobile industry.
Under the agreement TargetEveryOne AB receives royalty payments in addition to a startup fee of 90 000 EUR.
