The Nomination Committee’s proposal for election of Board members
The Nomination Committee of SpectrumOne AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting 2021 approve the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.
The Nomination Committee proposes that the number of Board members be four (4).
For the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Board members Fredric Forsman, Anders Hugosson, Hosni Teque-Omeirat, and furthermore proposes that Cecilia Hjertzell be elected as a new Board member. Erik Fagerlid has declined re-election. Fredric Forsman is proposed to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
Cecilia Hjertzell, is proposed for election. Cecilia Hjertzell is a Swedish entrepreneur and co-founder of CMO goes TECH, an international network for the CMOs of the future. She serves as board member and senior business advisor to a number of companies in their transformation towards becoming data driven. She has many years of experience in leading marketing positions. Previously she has been brand director at Telia Company, COO of Söderhavet – a digital design agency, and CMO of Bosch Home Northern Europe. Currently she holds a position as CEO at Sjöstrand Coffee Int AB, a company listed on Spotlight Stock Market.
The Annual General Meeting will be held today in Stockholm, at 11:00 AM at Kungsgatan 60, Stockholm, Sweden.
