The Nomination Committee’s proposal for election of Board members

The Nomination Committee of SpectrumOne AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting 2022 approve the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.

The Nomination Committee proposes that the number of Board members be four (4).

For the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Board members Fredric Forsman, Cecilia Hjertzell, Hosni Teque-Omeirat, and furthermore proposes that Siv Selva be elected as a new Board member. Anders Hugosson has declined re-election. Fredric Forsman is proposed to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board.

Siv Selva is acting CEO and Co-Founder of Queen Consulting, a Management Consulting company within QGroup. Queen Consulting creates longterm digital growth by evolving people, technology, and processes. With over 15 years of experience from positions in the IT sector, both from national and international companies, she has created a deep knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship, innovation and sales in the industry. As a new board member her area of focus will be innovation and sales connecting existing and new businesses within SpectrumOne.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on June 13 in Stockholm, at 10:00 AM at Kungsgatan 60, Stockholm, Sweden.
