Board members have increased their holdings in Speqta
A selective group of Speqta’s board members has Monday the 17th of May bought 69,400 shares in Speqta AB (publ).
The following board members have bought shares:
- Fredrik Burvall: Bought 10,000 shares to an average price of SEK 5.00. After to the transaction Fredrik holds 186,557 shares and 50,000 warrants.
- Lisa Gunnarsson: Bought 49,400 shares to an average price of SEK 5.15. After to the transaction Lisa holds 66,601 shares and 80,000 warrants.
- Pär Sundberg: Bought 10,000 shares to an average price of SEK 5.07. After to the transaction Pär holds 30,000 shares and 80,000 warrants.
