Mytaste Group closes the acquisition of Låneakuten
myTaste AB (publ) (”Mytaste Group”) has today closed the acquisition of the shares in Låneakuten AB (under name change from Grundbulten 26487 AB) (“Låneakuten”).
The total purchase price was SEK 16 million, of which SEK 10 million was paid in cash. The remaining SEK 6 million is paid by a new issue of 573,583 shares in Mytaste Group to the seller of Låneakuten against payment in kind in the form of shares in Låneakuten. The subscription price has been calculated to app. SEK 10.46 per new share.
The new issue against payment in kind was resolved by the board of directors of Mytaste Group, utilizing the authorization from the annual general meeting of 8 May 2018, and will lead to an increase of the share capital with SEK 286 791,50 and a dilution of approximately 1.91 percent. The dilution has been calculated as the number of issued new shares, divided with the total number of shares following the new issue. Following registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the total number of shares in Mytaste Group will amount to 29,957,941.
