Share-based incentive program 2021/2024 A and incentive program 2021/2024 B
The Annual General Meeting held on 18 May 2021 in Speqta AB (publ) (the “Company”), resolved to implement the incentive program 2021/2024 A, that comprise certain elected members of the board of directors and at most 300,000 warrants, and to implement incentive program 2021/2024 B that comprise current and future members of the group management and key employees and at most 1,150,000 warrants. Incentive program 2021/2024 A have been fully subscribed for. For incentive program 2021/2024 B all warrants have been subscribed for by the subsidiary Mytaste Brands AB, which in turn has transferred 550,000 warrants to all current members of the group management and key employees covered by the program. Outstanding warrants remains with Mytaste Brands AB part of these warrants may be transferred to future key employees.
Each warrant entitles to subscription of one share in the Company at an exercise price of SEK 7.94, equivalent to 150% of the volume-weighted average price for the Company’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the period commencing on 19 May 2021 up to and including 1 June 2021. Subscription of shares through exercise of warrants shall be made from the period commencing on 26 June 2024 up to and including 26 September 2024.
