Speqta’s founders sell parts of their holdings
Speqta’s (“SPEQT”) two founders have sold parts of their holdings in Speqta due to private personal finance reasons
Speqta’s two founders Andereas Friis and Jonas Söderqvist have on Friday 14 May 2021 sold parts of their holdings in Speqta. The reason for the sale is private personal finance related, e.g. real estate purchase.
The transaction was accomplished as a block sale outside the market where Andereas Friis sold 1 901 672 shares and Jonas Söderqvist 2 098 328 shares. After the transaction their holdings are; Andereas Friis 1 252 341 shares, 1,9% of votes and capital, Jonas Söderqvist 1 381 849 shares, 2,1% of votes and capital. The shares were sold at an average of SEK 5,88.
