The board is proposing a dividend of SEK 6.83 per share to the Annual General Meeting 2023

The board of directors of Speqta AB (publ) (“Speqta”) proposes a dividend of SEK 6.83 per share to the Annual General Meeting 2023 (“AGM”), corresponding to a total dividend of approximately SEK 45 million. The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 16 May 2023. 

Given the strong financial position of Speqta, and the earnout from the divestment of Rahalaitos, the board proposes that the AGM resolves on a dividend of SEK 6.83 per share, corresponding to a total dividend of approximately SEK 45 million. The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 16 May 2023. 

If the AGM resolves on dividend in accordance with the proposal from the board, the follow dates will apply:

• Tuesday May 16, 2023 – Last day for trading of the share with the right to dividend
• Wednesday May 17, 2023 – First day for trading of the share without the right to dividend
• Friday May 19, 2023 – Record date for receipt of the dividend.
• Wednesday May 24, 2023 – Dividend paid through the care of Euroclear Sweden AB
