Spinnova Group’s financial reporting calendar in 2024 and 2025
In 2024, Spinnova Group will release its full year 2023 financial statements and half-year report 2024 as follows:
Financial statements bulletin for 1 January – 31 December 2023 on Thursday 14 March 2024.
Half-year financial report for 1 January – 30 June 2024 on Thursday 22 August 2024.
Spinnova’s Annual Report 2023 is estimated to be published approximately during week 16 / 2024.
Spinnova’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 7 May 2024. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately.
Preliminary dates for 2024 financial year reporting are 13 February 2025 for the financial statements and 28 August 2025 for the half-year report.
