Spook’s 3ngage delivers interactive product experiences for Husqvarna

Spook, a Swedish digital retail consulting company, has produced an interactive product experience through their digital 3ngage platform, that Husqvarna Group, one of the world’s leading producers of forest, park and garden products, now launches in multiple sales channels. It will increase the service level in in the customer buying experience, making the product offer and user benefits easier to understand for Husqvarna's customers.

This Proof-of-Concept interactive product simulation is made for Husqvarna's “Automower” robotic lawn mower and is being launched in several international markets. After evaluation, the ambition create 3ngage product simulations for more markets and for a broader range of products. 

3ngage will be able to publish the interactive product experiences in all of Husqvarna's digital channels, as well as in physical stores. In simple terms, Husqvarna can show its customers how their products work and should be used, in an interactive 3D environment. For example, to show customers how to switch out replaceable parts, step-by-step.

– It's all about enhancing customer value by giving customers a simple and accessible way to test the product in a simulation, directly in the browser. For a global company like Husqvarna, we need to be able to offer easy integration into existing business systems and also be able to publish the simulations in third-party retailers' e-commerce and stores, says Thomas Krotkiewski, founder of 3ngage. 

Husqvarna is now beginning to test these interactive product experiences on a number of international markets, with the aim to launch them globally when there is evidence to confirm the benefits for the customer. With the solution from 3ngage it becomes possible to measure customer behavior in all digital and physical channels and compare these across different markets and languages.
