Delisting from AktieTorget of NorInvent AB`s share

The Board of Directors of NorInvent has requested a delisting of the company's share from AktieTorget. For further information, please see the press release from the company of April 30, 2018. AktieTorget has approved the company's application and decided to delist the shares. Last day of trading will be on May 16, 2018.

The trading in the shares will resume on Wednesday May 2, 2018 at 09:00 CET. Due to the delisting of the company's shares, AktieTorget has decided that the shares will continue to be traded on AktieTorget`s observation list up to and including May 16, 2018.
