First day of trading in HODL SPAC Europe AB
Today is the first day of trading in HODL SPAC Europe AB, a Swedish acquisition company, or a so-called Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC). The company aims to complete an acquisition within a period of 24 months after the first listing date of the share.
The company HODL SPAC Europe AB was founded on October 19 2021 and is a Swedish SPAC company. HODLs intends to raise capital through an ownership spread through the listing on Spotlight Stock Market, and then complete an acquisition within a period of 24 months. The external capital raised will fully or partially finance the payment to be paid to complete one or more acquisitions. The listing enables the board and management to actively start working with evaluating, reviewing and potentially acquiring a target company. HODL is looking for a target company with a clear business model and whose main theme is linked to blockchain technology, a theme in which the company's management and board have extensive experience and expertise.
