First day of trading in Railway Metrics and Dynamics
Today is the first day of trading in the technology company Railway Metrics and Dynamics ("RMD"). The company has developed and sells a system platform for real-time analysis and monitoring of transport and infrastructure.
Founded in 2011, RMD is a Stockholm-based technology company that has developed a comprehensive systems platform for transport and infrastructure analysis and monitoring. The system platform is based on a patented sensor technology based on algorithms and artificial intelligence through which the user can monitor, for example, locomotives, train carriages or railway infrastructure in real time. The company has initially chosen to focus on railway infrastructure due to the founders' extensive experience and network in the railway industry. In addition, RMD's systems can be usefully applied in other transport and infrastructure markets, including the construction and human markets.
