First day of trading in Scandinavian Astor Group
Today is the first day of trading in Scandinavian Astor Group, which operates in the defence industry. The company produces high-tech systems for electronic warfare and qualified carbon fiber products.
On September 22, 2022, Scandinavian Astor Group was acquired by Renewable Ventures Nordic 2 AB, a subsidiary of the investment company Renewable Ventures Nordic, which was listed on the Spotlight Stock Market on 11 April 2022. Astor is a high-technology company producing high-tech electronic warfare systems and carbon fibre qualified products. The company consists of two business areas, Composite Components which is the industrial part where composite components are manufactured for customers in the aerospace, automotive and defence industries, and Training Equipment which is the military part that manufactures and sells radar jamming systems for training purposes. The listing creates opportunities to use the share as a means of payment for acquisitions and to reach institutional investors.
