Today is the first day of trading in SPACtwo, a Swedish acquisition company, also called Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), which aims to raise capital through a listing on Spotlight to then acquire one or more unlisted companies.

SPACtvå is a Swedish acquisition company, a so-called SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company). The company was founded on 9 September 2022 by the same team behind SPACett AB, which was listed on the Spotlight Stock Market on 27 December 2021. SPACtvå's investment strategy is to identify and make one or more acquisitions of companies that can create value for shareholders over time. The focus for potential target companies includes primarily profitable and unlisted companies in the Nordic region that are deemed to benefit from operating in a listed environment.

"Our business model, which offers investors limited downside to access our team's broad experience in identifying, evaluating and executing value-creating acquisitions, has once again proven attractive. We are pleased with the positive response we have received from the public as well as major investors and look forward to continuing the journey of SPACtvå in a listed environment. During the subscription period, several companies have approached us and our focus going forward will be to evaluate business opportunities and then execute a successful acquisition. We thank you again for your confidence and hope to present a deal in the not too distant future," comments Marcus Bonsib, CEO of SPACtvå.

"Today we welcome SPACtvå to Spotlight. We are excited that more SPAC companies are choosing to take advantage of the benefits of listing on Spotlight Stock Market and we look forward to following the company's development," says Carl-Henrik Nordberg, Head of Listing, Spotlight.
