With reference to the press release published by Zenergy AB at 13:21 CET today, Spotlight has decided that the trading in the share of Zenergy AB shall be resumed today at 15.00.

Due to the uncertainty regarding the company's financial situation, Spotlight has decided that the company's share will be traded on Spotlight's observation list.
