Spotlight welcomes Abera Bioscience AB
Today is the first day of trading for Abera Bioscience AB who are specialized in the development of vaccines based on their own internal developed and patented platform. It is the third company to be listed on the Spotlight Stock Market this year.
Abera Biosciences technology is mainly used in the development of new vaccines where the focus is on the main areas pneumococci and immunotherapies. The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Solna, Sweden. They are active in the Nordic market.

Before the listing, a share issue was carried out. The offer was subscribed for a total of about SEK 220,3 million, which corresponds to a subscription rate of about 915%.
