Trading halt in Eurocines Vaccines AB’s share and subscription options

Spotlight has decided to halt the trading in the shares of Eurocines Vaccines AB’s shares (EUCI) and subscription options (EUCI TO 2) today November 7th, 2018. The trading in the share and the subscription options will be halted until further notice.

The reason for the trading halt is due that Spotlight’s assess, investors do not have full access to information about the company.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
