Today is the first day of trading in Spotlight Group which is the sixth company to become listed on Spotlight Stock Market this year.
Spotlight Group is a group focused on the financial market. The Group currently consists of the marketplace Spotlight Stock Market, Sedermera Fondkommission, Nordic Issuing and MCL, which are focused on raising capital for growth companies. The company creates a system of listed services tailored to the needs of growth companies in a listed environment. Spotlight Group was originally founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.Prior to the listing on Spotlight Stock Market, shares were offered to the public. The offering was subscribed for a total of approximately 192 million SEK, corresponding to a subscription rate of approximately 1 817 percentage.
