Welcome Backaheden Fastighets AB

Today is the first day of trading for Backaheden Fastighets AB who owns and manage the logistics property Hede 3:122 with Santa Maria as their largest tenant. It is the second company to be listed on the Spotlight Stock Market this year.

The logistics property Hede 3:122 has a total of 45 500 square meter lettable area and is located in Kungsbacka outside Gothenburg. The largest tenant is Santa Maria, Northern Europes largest flavoring company. Other tenants are Region Halland and Erikshjälpen.

The company acquired the logistics property on December 22nd 2020 and the acquisition was partly financed through a recently completed capitalization of SEK 321 million.

Backaheden Fastighets AB is managed by Pareto Business Management AB.
